Expect Low Visibility Tonight

The sunshiny spring-like weather of yesterday transformed into a cold, dreary Saturday thanks to a changing jet stream.

Last night, Eau Claire got another helping of snow. We recieved about 3 inches in some areas of the city. All day, the skies were overcast and the conditions were cold and misty. Light drizzle accompanied the cool temperatures and wind gusts by mid-day. In total, we received just over a tenth of an inch of rain accumulation. It was an unfortunate day for the Shamrock Shuffle to take place.
